INGREDIENTS

Vegetables
- đź§… 1 stalk green onion
- đź§… 1 whole onion
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot
- 🥒 1/4 zucchini
- 5 perilla leaves
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 5 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp mirin
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
STEPS
Mix all seasonings and marinate the squid for 30 minutes.
Heat a wok with a generous amount of oil (about 1 shot glass) and stir-fry.
Add green onion and stir-fry until fragrant, then add onion and cook until translucent.
Add sliced zucchini and thinly sliced carrot, stir-frying together.
Add the marinated squid and stir-fry on high heat until the squid curls slightly.
Add 1 shot glass of water and simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Switch to high heat, add perilla leaves, and stir-fry quickly for 10 seconds.
Finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds for garnish.
