- 1/2 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Rehydrate the dried wakame in plenty of water, then drain well. Cut the mizuna into bite-sized pieces after removing the roots.
