INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🐟 100g sashimi-grade salmon
- 100g mizuna greens
Dressing
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chili oil
Garnish
- 1/2 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
STEPS
Trim the root ends of mizuna and cut into 3cm pieces.
Slice the salmon thinly at an angle using a sharp knife.
In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili oil). Add mizuna and salmon, then toss to combine.
Plate the salad and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top.
