INGREDIENTS

  • Pasta

    • 🍝 180g spaghetti
  • Vegetables

    • 1/2 bag mizuna, chopped into 4cm pieces
  • Condiments

    • đź§„ 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • Pinch of sliced red chili
    • đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper
  • Seafood

    • 1 can (200g) Pacific saury in water

Cut mizuna into 4cm pieces and thinly slice the garlic.

Boil water in a pot, add spaghetti, and cook according to package instructions. Drain the spaghetti.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add red chili and garlic, and sauté over low heat until fragrant.

Add the Pacific saury from the can and break it apart while sautéing.

Once the mixture comes to a boil, add the cooked spaghetti and mizuna, and stir-fry together.
