INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 150g mizuna
Canned Goods
- 1 can (190g) canned mackerel in water
Seasonings
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Oils
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
STEPS
Trim the root ends of mizuna and cut into 4cm pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and add the canned mackerel. Stir and break it apart lightly.
Spread the mizuna over the mackerel, cover with a lid, and steam on medium heat for 30 seconds.
Remove the lid and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until the mizuna softens. Add salt and pepper, then mix well.
