INGREDIENTS
Vegetable
- 150g mizuna
Fish
- 1 can (190g) canned mackerel
Condiment
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- Pinch of pepper
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Trim the root of the mizuna and cut into 4cm pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add the canned mackerel, and stir-fry lightly to break it apart.
Spread the mizuna over the mackerel, cover with a lid, and steam on medium heat for 30 seconds.
Remove the lid, stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until the mizuna softens, then add ponzu sauce and pepper. Stir to combine.
