INGREDIENTS
Vegetable
- 150g mizuna, cut into 4cm pieces
Seafood
- 1 can (190g) canned mackerel in water
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp curry powder
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
STEPS
Trim the root ends of mizuna and cut into 4cm pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the canned mackerel and stir-fry gently to break it apart.
Spread the mizuna over the mackerel, cover with a lid, and steam for 30 seconds.
Remove the lid and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until the mizuna softens. Add curry powder, salt, and pepper, then mix well.
