    • 🧄 1 clove garlic, halved and crushed

    • 1 tsp sliced chili

Trim the mizuna roots and cut into bite-sized lengths. Halve the garlic, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.

In a pot, heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili over low heat until fragrant. Add the canned mackerel and simmer over medium heat.

Once the mixture starts bubbling, add the mizuna and stir. Cook briefly until the mizuna wilts.
