INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🥓 2 slices bacon
Vegetables
- đź§… 1/4 onion, diced (50g)
- 60g frozen mixed vegetables
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Liquid
- đź’§ 400cc water
STEPS
Dice the onion into 1cm cubes.
Slice the bacon into 5mm strips.
In a pot, add water, consomme, salt, and pepper. Heat over medium heat until boiling.
Add bacon, onion, and mixed vegetables to the pot. Bring back to a boil.
Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for 3–4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
