INGREDIENTS

- 60g fresh okara
- 50g mixed beans
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, diced
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🥛 1 tbsp unsweetened yogurt
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Dice the carrot into 1cm cubes.
Place the diced carrot in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 90 seconds or until softened. Rinse under cold water and drain.
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Add the okara, mixed beans, and cooked carrot to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
