- 1 bunch mitsuba
- 1 pack nameko mushrooms
Condiments
- 3 slices ginger
- 2 tsp concentrated men-tsuyu
Seasoning
- 1 pack (4.5g) katsuobushi

Cut mitsuba into 3cm pieces and julienne the ginger.

Wash nameko mushrooms, drain, and place in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
