INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1 bunch mitsuba
- 100g daikon, julienned
Protein
- 🍗 3 chicken tenders
Dressing
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Pinch of sliced chili

STEPS
Julienne the daikon and cut mitsuba into 3cm pieces.
Remove tendons from chicken tenders, make diagonal cuts, place on a microwave-safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl.
Combine mitsuba, daikon, and shredded chicken in a bowl, then pour the dressing over and mix well.
