Cut the mitsuba into 3 cm pieces. Place the bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Drain the excess water.

Add the mitsuba, mentsuyu, and bonito flakes to the bean sprouts and mix well.
