    • 150g of pork (sliced thinly)
  • Vegetables

    • 2 eggplants (approximately 200g, sliced into rounds)
  • Seasonings

    • 1.5 tablespoons of miso
    • 1 tablespoon of mirin
    • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
    • 🍭 1 teaspoon of sugar

STEPS

Heat oil in a frying pan, sauté the eggplant over medium heat until softened, then remove from the pan.

Using the same frying pan, sauté the pork until its surface turns white.

Return the eggplant to the pan and add miso, mirin, sugar, and soy sauce. Mix everything thoroughly.
