INGREDIENTS
Vegetables

Seaweed
- 2g roasted seaweed
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso paste
Liquid
- đź’§ 300ml water
STEPS
Cut off the roots of the green onion and slice it thinly. Tear the roasted seaweed into small pieces by hand.
In a pot, add Japanese dashi powder and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then dissolve the miso paste into the broth.
Place the roasted seaweed into a serving bowl, pour the miso soup over it, and garnish generously with sliced green onion.
