Miso Soup with Fried Tofu and Wakame

    • 100g fried tofu, cut into 2cm cubes
    • 1 tbsp dried wakame
  • Seasoning

    • 1/2 tsp granulated dashi
    • 2 tbsp miso
  • Liquid

    • 400ml water

Pat the fried tofu with a paper towel to remove excess oil and cut into 2cm cubes.

In a pot, add granulated dashi and water. Heat until boiling, then add the tofu. Cover and simmer on medium-low heat for 2–3 minutes.

Turn off the heat and dissolve miso into the soup. Add wakame and heat on medium until just before boiling.
