Miso Soup with Chrysanthemum Greens and Tofu

INGREDIENTS

  • Tofu

    • 100g firm tofu
  • Vegetables

    • 100g chrysanthemum greens
  • Liquid

    • đź’§ 400ml water
  • Seasoning

    • 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
    • 2 tbsp miso

STEPS

Separate chrysanthemum greens into leaves and stems. Cut leaves into bite-sized pieces and slice stems thinly at an angle. Drain tofu and cut into 1cm cubes.

Bring water and dashi powder to a boil in a pot. Add chrysanthemum greens and simmer on low heat for about 2 minutes.

Add tofu to the pot and dissolve miso into the soup. Warm gently without boiling.
