INGREDIENTS

  • Noodles

    • 🍜 2 servings instant noodles for hot pot
  • Meat

    • 🐖 120g sliced pork
  • Vegetables

    • 🥬 150g chopped cabbage
    • 🌱 100g bean sprouts
    • 🥕 50g sliced carrot
  • Seasonings

    • 💧 600cc water
    • 1 tsp chicken stock powder
    • 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
    • 2.5 tbsp miso paste

STEPS

Slice the carrot into thin strips after cutting it into quarters lengthwise.

In a pot, mix water, chicken stock powder, and grated garlic. Heat over medium until boiling.

Add the pork to the boiling mixture. Skim off any foam that forms.

Place the noodles in the pot, then layer cabbage, bean sprouts, and carrot on top. Cover and cook according to the noodle package instructions.

Dissolve miso paste into the pot and bring to a boil again.
