INGREDIENTS

- 🍅 200g mini tomatoes
Seasoning Liquid
- 3 tbsp ponzu sauce
- đź’§ 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
STEPS
Pierce the opposite side of the stem of each mini tomato lightly with a toothpick to create a small hole.
Boil water in a pot, add the mini tomatoes, and cook for about 1 minute until the skin starts to peel. Transfer to cold water and remove the skins.
Mix the seasoning liquid (ponzu sauce, water, and grated ginger) in a storage bag. Add the peeled mini tomatoes, remove air from the bag, and seal it. Refrigerate for about 1 hour, flipping the bag occasionally to ensure even marination.
