INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 35g garlic chives
- 🍅 8 mini tomatoes
Seaweed
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Soup Base
- đź’§ 300ml water
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Wash and cut the garlic chives into small pieces.
Slice the mini tomatoes in half.
Rehydrate the dried wakame in water for a few minutes, then drain.
Bring 300ml of water to a boil in a pot.
Add chicken stock powder, salt, and pepper to the boiling water and stir well.
Add the mini tomatoes and wakame to the pot and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Finally, add the garlic chives and cook for 30 seconds before turning off the heat.
