- 🍄 1 pack mini king oyster mushrooms
- đź’§ 150 ml water
- đź§‚ 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- A pinch of black sesame seeds
For Mushroom Blanching

STEPS
Boil water and add 1 tbsp salt for blanching the mushrooms.
Blanch the mushrooms briefly until they start to boil, then turn off the heat.
Prepare the sauce by mixing 150 ml water, 3 tbsp soy sauce, and 1.5 tbsp corn syrup. Bring to a boil.
Add the blanched mushrooms to the boiling sauce.
Simmer the mushrooms in the sauce until they are well-coated and the liquid reduces slightly.
Finish by drizzling 1 tsp sesame oil and sprinkling black sesame seeds for aroma and garnish.
