INGREDIENTS

- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (200g)
- 50g ground pork
- 🥚 2 eggs
- đź§… 1/3 stalk green onion
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- đź§‚ 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- đź’§ 4 tbsp water
- 1 tsp cornstarch
STEPS
Slice the green onion thinly and separate the green and white parts. In a microwave-safe container, mix ground pork, the white part of the green onion, and all seasoning ingredients.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 4 minutes until the pork is cooked. Stir to combine (this forms the minced meat sauce).
Crack eggs into a bowl and mix. Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat, add the eggs, and cook while stirring until semi-cooked. Serve rice in a bowl, top with the eggs, pour the minced meat sauce over, and garnish with the green part of the green onion.
