    • 150g mixed ground meat
  • Vegetables

    • 🍄 100g shimeji mushrooms

    • 2 dried chili peppers
    • đź§‚ Salt and pepper to taste

    • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • Herbs

  • Tomato Sauce

    • 🍅 400g canned diced tomatoes
    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar

    • đź’§ 200ml water

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chili peppers, and sauté until fragrant.

Add the canned tomatoes, sake, sugar, salt, and water. Simmer for 5 minutes to thicken the sauce.
