INGREDIENTS

- 200g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g cabbage, chopped

- 10g fried tofu, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili paste
STEPS
Slice the fried tofu into 1cm strips and chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the ground meat until it changes color.
Add the fried tofu and cabbage to the pan and stir-fry until the cabbage becomes tender.
Add the seasonings (sake, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili paste) and mix well.
