INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can (70g) tuna in oil
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
- 1/2 bunch mizuna
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
Dressing
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Cut mizuna into bite-sized pieces and soak in water, then drain. Quarter the cherry tomatoes.
Drain the oil from the tuna can.
Separate the boiled egg into whites and yolks, then sieve each through a fine mesh.
Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Arrange mizuna, tomatoes, and tuna on a plate. Drizzle with dressing and top with sieved egg whites and yolks.
