Main
- 1 frozen udon noodle pack
- 1/2 can tuna
- 5 cm daikon radish
- 5 shiso leaves
- 1 umeboshi (pickled plum)
Sauce
- 1 tbsp concentrated men-tsuyu
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tsp sesame oil
STEPS
Microwave the frozen udon according to package instructions. Rinse with cold water and drain.
Grate the daikon radish and squeeze out excess water. Slice the shiso leaves thinly. Drain the canned tuna.
Mix the men-tsuyu, water, and sesame oil to create the sauce.
Place the udon in a serving bowl, top with the prepared ingredients, and pour the sauce over.
