STEPS
Mash the tofu using the tip of a knife.
Squeeze out the excess water from the tofu using a cloth.
Dice the zucchini into small pieces.
Dice the carrot into small pieces.

Add 3 eggs, 1/4 tbsp salt, and 2 tbsp fish sauce to the bowl and stir well.
Microwave the mixture for 5 minutes.
