INGREDIENTS
Grains
- 🍚 150g soaked rice
Liquids
- đź’§ 180cc water
- đź§‚ 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp sake
Vegetables
- 1/4 bamboo shoot, diced
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
Other
- 1 piece fried tofu, sliced
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt
STEPS
Julienne the carrot, slice the fried tofu into strips, and dice the bamboo shoot.
Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl and mix well. Cover loosely with plastic wrap.
Microwave at 600W for 6 minutes. Remove and stir the mixture.
Microwave at 200W (or 'low' setting) for 15 minutes. Let it steam for 10 minutes without removing the plastic wrap.
