Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame
STEPS
Cut the eggplants in half, wrap them in plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Let them cool slightly.
In a bowl, add mirin and microwave uncovered at 600W for 30 seconds. Add the remaining sauce ingredients and mix well.
Tear the eggplants into bite-sized pieces by hand, add them to the sauce, and mix. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
