INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 100g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
- A pinch of chopped green onion
Condiments
- 50g kimchi
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
STEPS
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, grated garlic) in a microwave-safe container.
Add pork to the container and mix well. Then add shimeji mushrooms and kimchi, and mix lightly. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Let it sit for 2 minutes.
Add sesame oil to the cooked mixture and stir well.
Serve the dish on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
