INGREDIENTS
Base
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked white rice
Protein
- 100g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🥕 3cm carrot, julienned
- 1/3 bag bean sprouts
- 🥬 1/3 bag spinach
Seasoning
- đź’§ 1 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp yakiniku sauce
- 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds
Namul Sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
STEPS
Julienne the carrot and microwave in a heatproof container at 600W for 2 minutes.
Trim the spinach roots, wrap in plastic wrap, microwave at 600W for 1 minute, then rinse in cold water and squeeze out excess moisture. Cut into 3cm pieces.
Place bean sprouts and water in a heatproof container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Drain excess water.
Mix the namul sauce ingredients (sesame oil, chicken stock powder, and salt) in a bowl.
Combine the cooked carrot, spinach, and bean sprouts with the namul sauce, dividing the sauce evenly among the vegetables.
Mix ground meat with yakiniku sauce in a heatproof container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Layer cooked rice and bibimbap ingredients alternately in a bowl. Top with cooked ground meat and sprinkle white sesame seeds.
