INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (300g)
Meat
- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- đź§… 1/2 onion, minced
Eggs
- 🥚 2 onsen eggs
Spices
- A pinch of dried parsley
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp curry flakes
- đź§„ A small amount of grated garlic
- A small amount of grated ginger
- đź§‚ 2 pinches of salt
- đź’§ 50cc water
STEPS
Mince the onion and mix it with all the seasonings in a microwave-safe container.
Add the ground pork to the container and mix thoroughly.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 8–9 minutes until cooked. Stir well after microwaving.
Serve the cooked mixture over rice, top with onsen eggs, and sprinkle dried parsley.
