    • 1.5 tbsp potato starch
    • 1.5 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • Seasoning

    • 2 tsp sake
    • 1 tsp soy sauce

    • đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Cabbage Dressing

    • 2 tbsp sesame oil
    • đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper
    • 1 tsp grated ginger

Chop cabbage into coarse pieces, mix with dressing ingredients, and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Mix seasoning ingredients in a bowl and massage into chicken pieces.

Combine flour and potato starch in a tray, coat chicken pieces lightly.

Place coated chicken on crumpled parchment paper in a microwave-safe dish and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes without covering.

Flip chicken pieces and microwave again at 600W for 3 minutes without covering.
