  • Pasta

    • 🍝 100g spaghetti
    • 500cc hot water
    • đź§‚ 1 tsp salt
  • Toppings

    • 2 shiso leaves, sliced
    • nori to taste
  • Cod Roe Cream

    • 40g cod roe
    • 🥛 80cc heavy cream
    • đź§‚ salt and pepper to taste

STEPS

Slice the shiso leaves thinly. Cut the cod roe down the middle and remove the roe.

Place the spaghetti in a microwave-safe container, add hot water and salt, mix, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes longer than the package instructions. Drain the spaghetti.

Mix the cod roe cream ingredients in the container, then return the spaghetti to the container.

Microwave the container at 600W for 1 minute. Serve on a plate and garnish with shiso leaves and nori.
