INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 1 chicken tenderloin (50g)
- 2 slices of kamaboko
- 🍄 1 shiitake mushroom
- 1 sprig of mitsuba
Egg Mixture
- 🥚 1 egg
- đź’§ 150ml of water
- 1/3 tsp of dashi powder
- 1 tsp of light soy sauce
STEPS
Cut the chicken tenderloin into small bite-sized pieces.
Remove the stem from the shiitake mushroom and slice thinly. Cut the mitsuba into 3cm pieces, separating stems and leaves.
In a bowl, beat the egg and mix with the remaining egg mixture ingredients.
Divide the chicken, kamaboko, shiitake, and mitsuba stems evenly into two microwave-safe containers. Pour the egg mixture evenly into the containers.
Microwave at 200W for about 8 minutes until the egg mixture sets. Garnish with reserved mitsuba leaves.
