Pierce the surface of the pork belly all over with a fork.

Place the pork belly in a storage bag, add the seasoning ingredients, and massage the marinade into the meat. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.

Transfer the pork and marinade into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat uncovered at 600W for 4 minutes.

Flip the pork belly over and heat for another 3 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and let it cool to room temperature.

Slice the green onion into small pieces. Mix the green onion with ponzu sauce in a bowl to create the negi ponzu sauce.

Slice the pork belly into bite-sized pieces, plate it, and drizzle with the negi ponzu sauce.
