    • 1 mentaiko roe

  • Sesame Cream Soup

    • 2 tbsp white sesame paste
    • 🥛 200 ml milk
    • 1 tbsp miso
    • 1/2 tsp dashi powder
    • đź’§ 100 ml water

Cut open the mentaiko and extract the roe. Rinse the udon noodles in water to loosen them.

In a microwave-safe pot, mix the sesame cream soup ingredients (white sesame paste, milk, miso, dashi powder, and water). Add the udon noodles, cover, and microwave at 600W for 4–5 minutes until heated through.

Top the udon with mentaiko roe, egg yolk, and sprinkle chopped green onions.
