INGREDIENTS

- 2 pieces mentaiko
Meat
- 🥓 4 strips bacon
Vegetables

- đź§„ 5-6 cloves garlic

- 3 tbsp olive oil
- A pinch of parsley
- đź§‚ A pinch of pepper
STEPS
Boil 2 servings of pasta in salted water for 7 minutes. Drain and set aside, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
Slice garlic, bacon, and onion. If using frozen mentaiko, peel the skin easily; for fresh mentaiko, cut and scoop with a spoon.
Heat 3 tbsp olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add bacon and onion to the pan, sauté until cooked, then mix in mentaiko.
Add the cooked pasta to the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes. If too dry, add reserved pasta water or more olive oil.
Season with a pinch of pepper and mix well.
Garnish with parsley and reserved mentaiko. Serve immediately.
