STEPS
Prepare sushi rice by mixing warm rice with vinegar, sugar, and salt. Let it cool.
Mix mentaiko flakes with soy sauce and set aside.
Beat the egg with sugar and salt, then cook into a thin omelette.
Spread the sushi rice onto a sheet of plastic wrap, layer with mentaiko mixture, and roll tightly.
