INGREDIENTS

    • 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork
  • Seafood

    • 1 piece (50g) spicy mentaiko
  • Cheese / Dairy

    • 🧀 4 slices melting cheese
  • Seasoning

    • 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Oil

    • Enough salad oil for frying
  • Coating

    • 🌾 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
    • 🥚 1 beaten egg
    • 🍞 40g fresh breadcrumbs

Cut the melting cheese slices in half and roll them into small balls.

Divide the spicy mentaiko into 8 equal portions.

Spread the pork slices on a cutting board, season with salt and pepper, and divide into 8 portions.

Place the cheese and mentaiko onto the pork slices, then wrap them into ball shapes.

Coat the pork balls with flour, dip them in beaten egg, and cover with fresh breadcrumbs.

Heat 2cm of salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C. Fry the coated pork balls for 2 minutes without moving them, then flip and fry for another 3–4 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
