    • 1/4 sheet nori
    • 1 tsp salad oil

    • 1 pinch dashi powder
    • đź’§ 1 tbsp water

Cut open the mentaiko and remove the roe, then wrap it with nori.

In a bowl, mix eggs and the seasonings (sugar, salt, dashi powder, and water).

Heat a tamagoyaki pan with salad oil over medium-low heat, then pour 1/3 of the egg mixture into the pan.

Place the mentaiko nori roll at the far end of the pan. Once the egg is semi-cooked, roll it towards you.

Repeat with the remaining egg mixture, adding 1/3 at a time, and roll towards you each time.
