    • 1 tbsp mayonnaise

Place the frozen udon on a microwave-safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave according to package instructions. Rinse with cold water and drain.

Remove the mentaiko from its skin. Cut the kaiware sprouts into half-length pieces.

In a bowl, mix the mentaiko, men tsuyu, and mayonnaise. Add the kaiware sprouts and udon, then mix thoroughly.

Serve in a bowl and garnish with reserved kaiware sprouts and mentaiko.
