INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
- 1 piece mentaiko (50g)
- 30g takuan pickles
- 8 sheets Korean seaweed
Seasoning

- 1 tsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
STEPS
Cook rice and let it cool slightly.
Mix mentaiko, takuan, and seasonings (salt, mayonnaise, sesame oil, white sesame seeds) in a bowl.
Combine the rice with the mentaiko mixture until evenly mixed.
Shape the rice mixture into small round balls.
Wrap each rice ball with a sheet of Korean seaweed.
