    • 🍅 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes

    • đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
    • A pinch of pepper
  • Yogurt Sauce

    • đź§‚ A pinch of salt
    • 🍶 100g unsweetened yogurt
    • 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
    • đź§„ A pinch of grated garlic

STEPS

Cut the eggplants into bite-sized pieces and slice the celery diagonally into 7mm pieces.

In a bowl, mix the ground meat with the seasoning ingredients until sticky.

Heat olive oil in a pan, scoop the meat mixture into small balls, and cook until browned. Add eggplants and celery, stirring until coated with oil.

Add the stew ingredients, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
