- 🐖 60g sliced pork

- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion, sliced

STEPS
Place the frozen udon noodles in a microwave-safe container and heat according to package instructions. Slice the green onion diagonally.
Mix the sliced pork, sugar, and noodle sauce in a microwave-safe container.
Add the sliced green onion to the pork mixture, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes until the pork changes color.
Add the heated udon noodles and crack the egg into the container. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
