    • 1/3 tbsp sugar
    • 1/4 tbsp sesame seeds

    • 🍞 Morning bread, as needed

Peel and dice the potatoes, then soak them briefly in cold water to remove starch. Boil them with a pinch of salt for 10 minutes. Simultaneously, boil the eggs for 14–15 minutes until fully cooked.

Dice the cucumber and carrot. Sprinkle with 1/4 tbsp of fine salt and let them sit for 10 minutes to draw out excess moisture.

Finely chop the onion and soak it in cold water for 10 minutes to remove its sharpness.

Blanch the ham briefly in hot water, pat dry, and finely chop.

Drain the cucumber, carrot, and onion. Squeeze out any remaining moisture using a clean cloth.

Mash the boiled potatoes and egg yolks together in a large bowl. Dice the egg whites separately.

Combine mashed potatoes, egg whites, cucumber, carrot, onion, ham, sesame seeds, pepper, sugar, salt, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.

Fill morning bread or sandwich bread with the potato salad mixture to create sandwiches.
