INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 100g sashimi-grade yellowtail
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- đź§… 1/4 stalk white part of green onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp toasted white sesame seeds
STEPS
Cut the yellowtail into 1.5cm cubes.
Slice the cucumber into quarters lengthwise, then cut into 1cm pieces. Mince the white part of the green onion.
In a microwave-safe bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, gochujang, and minced green onion. Microwave uncovered at 600W for 30 seconds. Add sesame oil and toasted sesame seeds, then mix and let cool.
Combine the yellowtail, cucumber, and cooled seasoning mixture in a bowl. Toss gently to coat evenly.
