INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 100g sashimi-grade salmon
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 medium purple onion (200g)
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber (50g)
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
STEPS
Slice the purple onion thinly, soak in water for 5 minutes, then squeeze out excess water. Slice the cucumber diagonally after removing the ends.
Cut the salmon into 1cm wide strips.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl. Add the salmon, onion, and cucumber, then mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate.
