    • 150g of ground pork
  • Seasonings

    • 1 teaspoon of doubanjiang (spicy bean paste)
    • 150ml of chicken broth
    • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • Vegetables

    • 1 piece of ginger (finely chopped)
    • 1 stalk of green onion (finely chopped)

STEPS

Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces, blanch in hot water briefly, and drain.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and sauté the garlic and ginger.
