INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍢 Silken Tofu 400g
- 🥩 Ground Pork 200g
Seasonings
- Doubanjiang 2 tsp
- Tianmianjiang 1 tsp
- 🍶 Soy Sauce 2 tsp
- Chicken Broth 200ml
- Cornstarch 1 tsp
- đź’§ Water 50ml
Aromatic Vegetables
- đź§„ Garlic (minced) 1 tsp
- Ginger (minced) 1 tsp
- 🌱 Green Onion (sliced) A pinch
STEPS
Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
Add ground pork and stir-fry over medium heat, breaking it apart.
Add doubanjiang and tianmianjiang, mix well and stir-fry.
Add chicken broth, soy sauce, and tofu, then simmer on low heat.
Add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce.
Scatter green onion on top to finish.
